A Clear Career Turning Point
I had reached a point in my career where I wanted to strengthen my professional portfolio and deepen my expertise. After holding the PMP certification for over a decade, the natural next step for me was the PgMP. But finding the right training partner wasn’t easy. Focused Preparation To Clear the PgMP Exam
Although I completed the training in early May 2025, my structured study routine only truly began in October. Over the next two months, I focused on reading the Standard for Program Management (SPM), solving both timed and untimed questions, reviewing explanations, identifying knowledge gaps, and revisiting the relevant chapters. That disciplined approach, combined with the foundation built during training, helped me clear the PgMP exam in November 2025.
