My Background in Construction Management
My professional background is in quantity surveying and construction management, covering industrial, data centre, and infrastructure projects. I had years of experience with tenders, BOQs, and estimates, but I had never held a formal “Project Manager” title.
When I started the PMP Pune Classroom Training, I was unsure whether this would count against me. As I progressed through the preparation, I realized that my experience was still relevant to the certification.
Learning How to Approach Situational Questions
What made the biggest difference was learning how to properly read situational questions. I also learned how a project manager is expected to respond in different situations.
Ashutosh Sir consistently reinforced this approach throughout the training. He kept coming back to it until understanding the expected response became almost instinctive.
