Its really a interactive training by Trainer Mr. Souvik Chatterji. He is having great tarining skills like Self Motivated , Patience, ensuring every team member understood the concept if not then taking extra efforts to get it cleared. Make team members comfortable and encouraged to ask their doubts/queries. Correlating with various examples.
