2. Professional in Program Management (PgMP Certification)

The PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification is for program managers who are senior-level practitioners in charge of achieving the organization’s strategic objectives. Candidates for this test should have substantial expertise in managing several projects and negotiating complicated environments across departments, job functions, locations, or cultures to align results with company goals. The exam covers subjects such as strategic program management, program life cycles, benefits management, stakeholder management, and governance.

Members pay $800; non-members pay $1,000.

A secondary degree or global equivalent, 48 months of project management experience or a PMP Certification, and 84 months of program management experience within the previous 15 years are required; those with a four-year degree will need 48 months of project management experience or a PMP certification, and 48 months of program management experience within the previous 15 years are required.

3. DASM Certification  

The DASM certification prepares you to successfully lead agile teams, ensuring your career’s long-term viability in a world where agile is quickly becoming the norm. 4. DASSM Certification 

Agile Discipline Senior Scrum Master (DASSM) training teaches experienced agile practitioners how to apply the Disciplined Agile (DATM) toolkit to improve teamwork, collaborate with internal allies, and address a variety of difficult challenges.

Experience working in an agile team for at least two years, preferably in a leadership role such as Disciplined Agile scrum master, scrum master, product owner, or architectural owner.
